Just what's on the form.
When you send a quote request we receive what you put on the form: your name, phone, and email; the property address and ZIP; whether you own the place; how you'd like us to reach you; the service you need, how urgent it is, and your timeframe; whether you're interested in financing; your message; and any photos you choose to attach. That's the whole list — nothing you don't type in or upload yourself.
The owner emails you back. That's it.
Quote requests land in the owner's inbox at landstarconstructionnj [at] gmail [dot] com . He reads them and replies. If you book a job, we keep the thread as a record of what was promised.
We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your contact info. No lead resellers, no marketing lists.

This site doesn't set tracking cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which records anonymous, cookieless page views and doesn't follow you across other sites. We also use Vercel Speed Insights to record anonymous page-load timings (no IPs stored, no cross-site profiles) so we can fix slow pages. Standard server logs are kept briefly for security and uptime, like any web host.
Ask and it's gone.
To delete your submission, email landstarconstructionnj [at] gmail [dot] com with the subject "Delete my info" and the phone number you used. We'll confirm once it's done, usually same week.
How long we hang on to it.
We hold your message for the active job plus 12 months after; or 12 months from last contact if no job follows. Then it's deleted. Standard server logs roll off in 30 days.
Who else touches it.
Three services, and only these three. Vercel hosts the site and handles cookieless web analytics and page-speed timings. Resend delivers your quote request to the owner's inbox by email. If you attach photos, they're stored on Vercel Blob. No lead resellers, no ad networks. Vercel's data agreement is at vercel.com/legal/dpa; Resend's is at resend.com/legal/dpa.
Global Privacy Control.
We honor Global Privacy Control. When your browser sends a GPC signal, our analytics don't load on your visits.
GPC enforcement runs in your browser, so it only kicks in if you have JavaScript enabled. To delete a submission, use row 04.
Purpose, not paperwork.
We use what you sent us to quote and follow up on the work you asked about. That's the whole purpose.

This notice covers info submitted through this website. Phone calls between you and the owner are between you and the owner.
