Roofing is what we started doing in 2018, and it’s still the bulk of the schedule. Most calls come in one of two flavors: a slow leak that’s been ignored for a winter, or a hailstorm that took out half the block. Either way, the first thing we do is get up there and look.
Landstar doesn’t sell systems we wouldn’t put on our own houses. That means GAF Timberline HDZ on most jobs, ice-and-water at every valley and eave, and a balanced ridge-soffit ventilation setup so the deck doesn’t cook in summer. If your attic isn’t venting right, the best shingle on the market will still fail at year twelve.
Every roof we tear off, we walk it twice, once before the dumpster goes, once after the cleanup. Magnet over the lawn, around the cars, down the driveway. You shouldn’t be finding nails in your tires three weeks later.

Walk the roof. Photograph valleys, flashings, penetrations. Pull a sample if we need to see the deck.

Quote
Written scope and price the next morning. No high-pressure sit-downs. We send it, you read it.

Material drop
Shingles, underlayment, flashing, and dump trailer staged on the driveway. We confirm color before delivery.
- Day 6–8
Tear-off and dry-in
Old roof off, deck inspected, ice-shield and underlayment down before we leave the site each night.
- Day 9–10
Finish and cleanup
Shingles, ridge cap, vents, flashing tied in. Magnet sweep the property. Final walk-through before invoice.

- Do you do flat roofs?
